Traxy should convey further additional url params (other than u and qid)

As learned during upscaling, additional url params are probably not conveyed down the processing pipeline. Specific upscaling requirement was for url tracker to convey cid1 and checksum url parameters. There might be additional scenarios in which we want some additional params to be passed along.
